To add Icons just right click and select new then select empty file. Once you are done save it and watch the icon appear. If you get a backup file just delete if you wish.

Trash Can
Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Comment=Contains Removed Files
EmptyIcon=trashcan_empty
Encoding=UTF-8
Icon=trashcan_full
Name=Trash
Type=Link
URL=trash:/
Note: If you want to change to a different icon just put alt like so, trashcan_empty-alt and trashcan_full-alt will give you a different icon.

My Computer aka Media
Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Icon=mycomputer
OnlyShowIn=KDE;
Type=Link
URL=media:/

Home
Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Icon=kfm_home
Name=Home
OnlyShowIn=KDE;
Type=Link
URL=/home

Now the My Documents foler or User's Folder just add the folder in the right click button of your mouse and in the select new select new folder. Name it and there you have it, its that simple.[table]
